SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated based on item weight and varies by destination.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

It is my personal goal to ship all items within 48 hours of payment receipt, holidays excluded. If an item is paid for by 6 a.m. eastern standard time, it will typically ship the same day.

Domestic packages are sent by First Class Mail whenever possible. The standard delivery time for first class is 3-5 business days. If an item is not sent first class, it will most likely be sent Priority, which has the same delivery time frame.

International packages are sent by International First Class. Depending on the country being shipped to, packages can take from one week up to three months to arrive.  If you need an item shipped faster, I do offer International Priority shipping.

SHIPPING TO ITALY

I do not ship to Italy.  The Italian government has listed toys not made wholly of wood as a prohibited import. Unfortunately, this includes My Little Ponies and all other toys sold at The New Gray Mare.  While I sympathize with the plight of the Italian collector, I wish to respect the laws of all foreign governments in regards to imports/exports.

PACKAGING

Whenever possible, your item will be shipped in recycled/reused packaging.
